How To: Eat and lose weight
Once you have decided to go on a diet in order to lose some weight, you will choose food that is healthy and that makes you feel satisfied even if they contain less calories.
Here are some suggestions for you:
- Try out some foods you never had for breakfast at least three times a week.
- Try to have vegetables instead of fried meat.
- Last but definitely not least, dedicate at least ten minutes from your day to workout.
Eat more at breakfast
Breakfast is a meal we usually have on the go, or better said on the run. What about having some veggies and fruits among the usual donuts and fast food sandwiches?
Some further useful tips would be to have a colorful salad after a bowl of rich soup and not to think about this as a strict diet, but just a change in your attitude towards food and health in general.
Try out some new dishes you never thought of before, like fresh tuna or lentil and introduce some new fruits and vegetables into your usual dishes.
A delicious dinner
For most of us , dinner is the principal meal of the day. You can take advantage of this and eat as much aliments that don't make you gain weight as you can. Here are some tips:
- Practice some of your favorite sports regularly;
- Try out new dishes;
- Lower the time you spend in front of your PC. Be more active!
Snacks between meals
Sweet? Salty? Spicy? How do you like your snacks? Try and replace cookies and chips with fruits, vegetables and pretzels when you're in the mood for a snack.
You should also drink as more liquids as you can and you should add new aliments in your daily menu, especially fruits and vegetables.
